Eating healthy starts by taking back our ability to cook our own meals. To do so, you will also be in charge of choosing and cleaning your foods. And this is the main point, you control quality, freshness and health benefits of the food you eat. You become responsible for building a strong immune system for your lovely body.
This requires a minimum of nutrition education, but it is actually very easy and, don’t worry, you don’t need to become a nutritionist to be able to eat healthy!
This is the same for cooking, you don’t need to be a chef. However, you need to understand how to cook and how to mix ingredients to make them effective. Example if you want to make some gluten free bread, you’ll need to learn about different bakery settings. If you want to make salads, you can add powerful ingredients that will make it much healthier.
